The SAHO Certified Health Executive (CHE) Award is presented each year to up to four healthcare leaders, each of whom is employed by a SAHO member agency and has entered the CHE program of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives (CCHSE). These healthcare leaders demonstrate exemplary, sustained commitment to lifelong learning in their healthcare profession of choice. Each recipient will receive a $500 award, which will be presented at the SAHO annual conference and exhibition.

Every year at the SAHO conference, SAHO honours an outstanding graduate of the University of Saskatchewan's Master's in Healthcare Administration Program with a $1,000 award. The recipient is determined by the University of Saskatchewan.

Green Ribbon Awards
Presented annually, Green Ribbon Awards honour SAHO member organizations for health care innovation that demonstrates creativity, teamwork, careful planning and evaluation, and results. Awards are based on point scores given by a panel of independent, volunteer judges.
